Roy has been a Director of the Wamuran Cooperative for 18 years, and is a former Chairman of the Board.
He has been Chairman and a Committee member of the Wamuran Community Hall Inc.committee and life member for 30 years. He is also a Director and Chairman of the Board of Consolidated Interests Ltd.

TEENA TOLHOEK - DIRECTOR:
Teena has been a Director since September 2002, and has special responsibility for the Coop's Health portfolio, especially DXN products. Teena has many years' management and retail experience
in her own fashion business, and was the first woman Director of Ausbuy. She was an original Area Manager with McNally
Australia in the Sunshine Coast & Wide Bay areas. She is also a Director of Consolidated Interests Ltd

MIKE BURGESS - DIRECTOR Mike is a native of the UK, born in Chester. He saw active service in the Royal Navy during WW2 in the North and South Atlantic and the Mediterranean.He then had an extensive career in Merchant and Commercial banking in the US, Europe West Africa and UK. He is an ex- Director of the Isle of Man Assurance Co. (UK), and of Consolidated Interests Ltd. Mike has been a Director of the Cooperative since August 2006, and previously from September 2003 to November 2004.

He has been Honorary President of Ausbuy, and is also a Director and Secretary of Consolidated Interests Ltd.
A founding Director, Chris managed the Cooperative for its first four years, and resumed the management in September 2008.
Joseph is also a Founding Director of the Cooperative. He was an original Area Manager for McNally Australia.
He is a Justice of the Peace, and a past Chairman of the Australian Council of Justices,
and the Queensland Justices' Association. He holds a Diploma with the Australian Insurance Institute,
with 30 years' experience in the insurance industry, and is a Real Estate Licensee
with 15 years' experience in Real Estate.

in the printing industry, and book-keeping. Debbie was an original Area Manager for McNally Australia in the Gympie area,
and conducts regular information evenings for Coop members in the region.
