LEGAL SERVICES
Your Cooperative is pleased to announce that we have reached an arrangement
with Mr Bruce Sockhill
of Rea Sockhill Solicitors of Buderim, whereby members will receive 10% discount on any service, provided the Cooperative
is notified by the member.
You
need to call or email us and receive a referral number, in order to obtain the discount.
The Cooperative also receives a referral fee.
So you win three ways - once by saving on the legal service, again as a Coop shareholder,
and use
of this service will satisfy your Activity requirement for the year it is used.

The Services provided by Rea Sockhill are almost any legal service except collections, litigations, divorce or Family Law matters.
Typical services which Rea Sockhill can provide for our members would be:

Property Settlement Titles
Safe Deposit
Document lodgements
Commercial Law matters
Some of these can be complicated, and a 10% saving could be very significant.
This service is exclusive to Members Only.
INSURANCE
We had an Agreement whereby the Cooperative could offer you almost every kind of Insurance you
can think of, at special rates for members. This was used to great advantage by some members, unfortunately not enough.
The company with whom we had the agreement has moved to specialise in Commercial Insurance only, and therefore we have to
withdraw this service until we can renegotiate another arrangement.
Suncorp Bank has advised that they have excellent
rates for bundled packages of insurance, and will cover most ordinary insurance needs. They are very competitive in any case,
and bundling can give good discounts up to 15%. ("Bundling", for the unaware, is doing say, car insurance, with
house and contents etc.)
